I chose to stay at Hotel Milo, which is a boutique hotel across the street from the beach near the popular State Street.
Known for its beachside allure and Spanish Colonial-style architecture, it’s located opposite West Beach and near Stearns Wharf.
It’s comfortable, but by no means on the high end of places to stay. It’s a bit “tired”, but the price point can be more affordable than other luxurious options in the area if you’re spending less time in your hotel.
It does have amenities such as two mosaic-tiled pools, complimentary bike rentals, and local wine-tasting sessions.
