What Are the Exclusive Parties at the Spectacular Soirée?
From the moment we set sail on the four-night Fire and Sunset Soirée aboard the Valiant Lady, the red carpet was rolled out.
From early boarding with Rockstar VIP bands, to unlimited sail away drinks at Richard’s Rooftop, the beginning of this sailing was nothing less than spectacular.
Here are just a few highlights of the incredible events
Opening Cocktail Reception at the Athletic Club: We kicked things off with an exclusive event featuring delicious drinks, appetizers, and mingling with the Virgin Voyages leadership team, including the CEO and top VPs.
Private Beach Club Party in Bimini: The private beach club on Bimini Island is one of Virgin Voyages’ signature experiences, and during the Top 100 Soirée, an exclusive event was planned at a private space at the Beach Club.
We had a little (or a lot of) rain crash our party, so it was instead moved to On the Rocks where we had a DJ spinning, an open bar and an opportunity to connect with one another as well as the Virgin Voyages team.
Personally I spent this hour with three glasses of Moet and some REALLY great meeting time with the team to talk big ideas for 2025.
I think this party went 90 minutes to 2 hours or more, but we left early because this next event was one of the MOST exclusive ones…
Top 10 Dinner at The Wake: The dinner at The Wake was an elegant and thoughtfully arranged event where attendees had the opportunity to dine with the Vice President of Sales, John Diorio.
In a separate dining space from other sailors, we enjoyed a private dinner with a visit from the members of the executive team.
This dinner was long (for great reasons!) but I was running late for a podcast episode with Ben Price so we recorded it on the spot at The Wake and then snapped this selfie…
Drinks, appetizers and glam at The Secret Room: While I can’t spill all the details—respecting the no-camera policy—let’s just say the secret room delivered glamour and unforgettable memories.
How to Get Invited to the Spectacular Soirée
This isn’t your average sailing—the Spectacular Soirée is invite-only, and it’s all about celebrating the top 100 travel agents who book the most Virgin Voyages sailors each year.
This is the third time Virgin Voyages is holding this annual event and with over 22,000 agents worldwide, it takes serious hustle, dedication, and love for travel to make it to this elite group.
But here’s the exciting part: even if you’re not one of the Top 100, you can still sail during this exclusive voyage.
The energy on board is electric, and you’ll feel the magic of being part of something special.
